DELIVERY

Online orders are delivered by Canada Post (expedited mail) or a courier service. An $12.00 shipping fee per order applies.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. Orders are processed as soon as possible, usually the same or next business day. 

The shipping will take 5-11 business days depending on your location. Unfortunately we cannot offer a tracking service for US orders at this time. For shipping queries please email via the Contact Us link on the upper right of this page.

Did you know you can send your gift directly to the recipient’s address?

You will be asked for your billing address (for invoicing purposes) and a delivery address where you would like the parcel sent. This means you can have us wrap, pack and send your gift directly.

We also offer a hand written card service for gifts.

To include a gift card with your parcel, select the gift wrap option and send us your message for the card via the Contact Us link on the upper right of the page.
